Andreas Hausser and Felix Zawadzky combine more than 35 years of experience in partnering with founder-led businesses. Their extensive expertise and broad network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and financing partners enable an efficient and focused approach to due diligence, transaction structuring, and building sustainable growth. Together, they share a deep belief in the importance of identifying the best operating companies and the compounding effect of working with successful businesses for the long-term.
Before founding VERIAN, Andreas worked at leading investment firms specializing in mid-sized companies across Europe. He was responsible for the development and management of portfolio companies, with a strong focus on growth, operational efficiency, and entrepreneurial transformation – always working closely with management and operational teams on-site. Andreas began his career at a renowned international strategy consultancy and earned his degree (Diplômé en Sciences de Gestion, Business Administration) from ESCP in Paris.
Before founding VERIAN, Felix built a major nationwide healthcare povider in Germany comprising of eleven operating companies and approx. 1,300 employees. He previously worked at a New York-based industrial holding company with a long-term buy-and-hold investment approach, where he was responsible for investments across Europe. Felix gained further expertise in the Mergers & Acquisitions division of a DAX-listed company and began his career at a merchant bank in London and Frankfurt am Main. He graduated with a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm., MBA) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
